4.1 Currency. All transactions on j8de are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). j8de does not impose internal currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which j8de accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. j8de currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: FPX online banking, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time at j8de's sole discretion.

5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that j8de offers obviously incorrect odds or terms due to a technical or human error ("Palpable Error"), j8de reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds. j8de will endeavour to notify affected players promptly.
5.4 Match Abandonment. Rules applicable to abandoned, postponed, or suspended sporting events are set out in the relevant sport-specific rules accessible on the j8de sportsbook. In general, bets on events that do not reach completion within a defined timeframe will be voided and stakes returned.
5.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the j8de platform and may be adjusted at j8de's discretion. No player shall be entitled to winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout regardless of the stated odds.

11.1 j8de reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, if j8de has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
11.2 In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, j8de may freeze account funds pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, j8de reserves the right to forfeit all balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
11.3 You may close your j8de account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is ongoing.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j8de's operating jurisdiction under international gaming authority licensing and compliance frameworks.
